Offline programming (OLP) is a robot programming method that does not interfere with production as the programme for the robot is written outside the production process on an external PC. The process corresponds to the CNC programming practices, CAD/CAM. Delfoi CUT is software that has been designed for the offline programming of robots in different 3D cutting processes. The programme uses the object’s 3D form edges or curves to automatically generate tool paths, for example, along the spline of a product to be cutted.

Delfoi ARC 4.0 is a parametric and feature-based offline programming software. It can effectively exploit the features of the 3D CAD model to be ground and the internal WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) database of the software. Programme generation is fast and faultless.

Delfoi PAINT is a software designed for programming painting and coating applications using robots. The software can be used to simulate the completed painting process in a versatile and simple way.
